Rankin & Co have successfully acquired an Historical Search Statement which shows the following:
Elsie Lilian Shepherd became the owner of Lot 31Glen Park Road, Eltham North on 17th February, 1932
On part of the document it is described as "32 Upper Glen Park Road, North Eltham"
The dwelling and all contents was destroyed by fire in 1965
Following the original subdivision of the property in 1916 the first owner was Mary Williams of Albert Park.
